Legal disclaimer

  1. By entering this website you agree to all of the Terms and Conditions stated below.

  2. SKS Paintball Ltd regularly review this website to ensure all information is up to date and accurate. All information found on this website comes with no warranties in any form.

  3. At no stage shall SKS Paintball Ltd be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, this website or from information provided by the website. 

  4. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Booking Terms & Conditions 

  1. All bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered. Try to book at least two weeks ahead. We may require a minimum spend for the group of players you wish to book.

  2. Full payment must be made to confirm your event, and must be received before the date play. No alterations to a booking can be made within 72 hours of the event. Any cancellation within 7 days of the booking date will not be refunded.

  3. Please ensure all players are able to make the date chosen before finalising your booking, any mistakes cannot be rectified after the booking has been made. If anyone fails to attend the event on the date you have booked, the prepayment for that person will be forfeited.

  4. You do not have a valid booking until you make full payment and receive final confirmation via email. If you have not received this or notice any errors on your booking confirmation, please contact us.

  5. By submitting your booking you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods.  All online orders are confirmed by email.  We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any problems or security issues.

  6. Please note we are unable to accept liability for any errors resulting from data which you have entered incorrectly online.

  7.  At no point will anyone under the age of 7 years old participate in the paintball or mini-paintball  games. Anyone under the age of 16 must have a responsible adult with them to sign the registration form.

  8. Only paintballs supplied by SKS Paintball Ltd on the day can be used on the day. Any paintballs brought from an external source will be confiscated and destroyed.

  9. All players will comply with the safety rules and conditions on the day. Any one found not complying with these, will be excluded from any further  play without refund.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Every participant will be subject to a safety briefing. All rules stated must be followed at all times. Anyone who does not attend the safety briefing will not be allowed to participate.

  2. All safety equipment must be worn by anyone who is not inside the designated safe zones. 

  3. Suitable footwear should be worn at all times. Any participants who are wearing footwear with open toes or without a flat sole will not be allowed to participate. Examples of inappropriate footwear are; flip-flops, crocs, high-heels. We suggest sturdy boots with ankle support.

  4. ​Pyrotechnics are for the sale and use of over 18's only. ID may be required when making these purchases. 

  5. All equipment provided by SKS Paintball Ltd will be checked to ensure it is in good working condition, prior to arrival. Any tampering or modification to the equipment provided will result in removal from further games. Please speak to a member of the management team with regards to the use of personal cameras.

  6. Management are first aid trained and a first aid kit is available on site at all times.

  7. All days are subject to cancellation, at any point, if severe weather conditions. This will be decided by management, and, where possible, alternative dates will be offered.

  8. If participants have medical concerns they are advised to consult their doctor in advance. Participants will be required to certify that they do not suffer from any medical condition which would make it more likely that they would be involved in any incident which could result in injury to themselves or others.

  9. Pregnant women will not be permitted to take part in the games.

  10. No equipment provided by SKS Paintball Ltd is to be taken from the venue by the participants. This will be treated as theft and will be reported to the police.

  11. SKS Paintball Ltd accept no responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen property, including, but not limited to; items purchased from the shop, or personal items.

  12. Any physical or verbal abuse towards staff or other participants will not be tolerated and you will be removed from the venue without refund.

  13. SKS Paintball reserve the right to remove any participants who are believed to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance.

  14. Vehicles and contents are left at the owners risk.

  15. Nothing contained in these Booking Terms and Conditions is intended to, nor shall, limit the liability of SKS Paintball Ltd in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of staff, agents or contractors.

  16. ​If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us.  Email team@skspaintball.co.uk. Your email will be investigated immediately with the site and health and safety team. We aim to respond within 28 days but will keep you informed if it is likely to take longer. Details of all complaints will be reviewed so we can continue to improve our customer service.
